With more than 30 years of leadership experience and the past three years in wealth management, Jacki Switzer brings both depth and heart to her role. What first drew her to the industry—and continues to inspire her daily—is the opportunity to support others. Whether working with clients or mentoring colleagues, she is passionate about helping people succeed and empowering them to be their best.
Jacki earned her bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing her education as a non-traditional student—a reflection of her drive and dedication to personal growth.
In her role as Wealth and Trust Support Manager at 1834, Jacki leads a large team of client-facing professionals alongside her Team Leads. She is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and supporting a high level of service across the Wealth Management line of business.
Jacki is known for her:
- Client commitment – She takes protecting client wealth personally, recognizing it represents a lifetime of hard work, legacy, and future goals, and approaches every detail with a high level of care and responsibility
- Simplicity – She is focused on making complex situations feel easy for clients by anticipating needs, staying ahead of details, and coordinating everything behind the scenes so experiences are seamless
- Consistency – She is dedicated to building long-term relationships through follow-through, proactive communication, and a steady commitment to supporting both clients and her team over time
Jacki is actively involved in her community, having served as Vice President of BNI South Central Indiana and President of her HOA. She is also engaged in her church and enjoys giving back in meaningful ways.
Family is central to her life—especially her six (almost seven) grandchildren. Much of her time outside of work is spent cheering them on at soccer games, baseball games, and cheer events. She also enjoys staying active outdoors, particularly during the summer months, whether working on lawn projects or simply enjoying the sunshine.
