Andrew R. Shaver has nearly 30 years of experience in wealth management, serving clients and their families across financial planning, estate planning, investment management, banking, and lending. Throughout his career, Andrew has focused on helping high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families achieve their financial objectives while gaining confidence and peace of mind. He is especially motivated by seeing long-term plans come to life—supporting family legacies, next-generation success, and outcomes shaped by thoughtful, disciplined planning.

In his role as a Wealth Advisor for 1834, Andrew works proactively with clients to fully understand their family dynamics, goals, and complex financial needs. He collaborates closely with a local team of subject matter experts in wealth planning, estate and trust planning, private banking, and investment management to deliver coordinated, fiduciary-driven advice tailored to each client’s situation.

Prior to coming to 1834, Andrew was a Senior Relationship Manager at Key Wealth.

He received a bachelor’s degree in business management and communication arts from Calumet College of St. Joseph’s. He also received his Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) certification from Cannon Financial Institute in 2011.

Outside of work, Andrew can be found boating with his family on Lake Holiday or enjoying a beach vacation with his wife, Carol, on Hilton Head Island. He has served on the board of Sister Cities Association of Fishers, Indiana, and Christ’s Community Church in Fishers. In addition to board service, Andrew has also been a judge for Marian University’s ethics bowl and is a member of the Marian University Corporate Committee.
