
Jennifer Schwieters has spent her entire career in the financial services industry, with the past 20 years dedicated to wealth management. Prior to that, she worked in public accounting. She chose a career in wealth management because she finds joy in helping clients simplify complex financial matters. Once Jennifer understands her clients’ goals and aspirations, she helps craft a strategy designed to guide them toward achieving those goals.
In her role as a Wealth Advisor for 1834, Jennifer leverages her extensive knowledge and experience to help clients gain confidence in their financial landscape. She does this through proactive listening and clear, straightforward teaching strategies.
Before joining 1834, Jennifer served as a Wealth Advisor at Bremer Bank for 21 years.

Jennifer earned her degree in Accounting from Saint Cloud State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She maintains her CPA credential, recognizing its value in enhancing her effectiveness in her current role. She also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA®) designation, underscoring her deep commitment to helping clients navigate complex trust and estate matters with confidence and care. Jennifer is actively engaged in her community, serving as a board member for the Catholic Foundation and as a member of the investment committee for the Diocese of Saint Cloud.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Her dog keeps her active, and she loves hiking, snowshoeing, and traveling.
