Beyond her professional responsibilities, Michelle has been involved with Catholic Charities of Chicago for more than two decades, supporting its Self-Sufficiency Program, which helps low-income single parents achieve stable housing, employment, and long-term independence. She also enjoys coaching fifth-grade girls basketball in her local community.
Michelle and her husband live in Northfield, Illinois, just north of Chicago, and have two adult sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, skiing, boating, and relaxing at the beach with family and friends.
